Service Response Speed

First class area: arrive your place and solve problem within 24 hours.

Second class area: arrive your place and solve problem within 48 hours.

The area without after-sell service branch: product send back to factory to maintenance or replace new machine, the freight will be pay by us. In addition, first class area is prefecture - level city and capital city belong to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai; Second class area is other capital city exclude the southwest and northwest area.

 

Service after the warranty period

For maintenance the product that beyond the warranty period, we will charge the material cost and service cost, while make sure the product can normal use at least 90 days and our repair won’t cause other malfunction occur or repeatedly maintenance the same malfunction.
